This week, I sat down to talk to three of the team from Midboss about their new adventure game, Read Only Memories. Set in the year 2064, this game takes you into the world of Neo-San Franisco, this game tackles modern day issues in a way that allows us to look at them critically, through the eyes of someone in the near future. We discuss the uses of art, satire and introspection as tools to look at oneself, and how they are used in games. We also discuss the convention GaymerX. On top of this, we discuss the nuances of games development, and how Greenlight affects the promotion of a game. Read Only Memories can be found here on Greenlight, and their website here!
